Here at Soar Tackle we are really keen on making sure your items get to you in a1 condition in good time and at the right price. 
Instead of just one price fits all like many other shop's we've put together a variable price system that works on weight as well as the size of the item ordered. This makes sure we can give you our quality service at a price thats right.

Standard:
We use either MyHermes or Royal Mail for this service depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. A tracked service with the aim of being with you with in 3 day's.

Royal Mail Guaranteed next day
Available Tuesday - Thursday and only for items up to 2kg (excluding items over 80cm in length). Fully tracked and a guaranteed service provided by Royal mail. 

Express: 24 hour delivery by UPS.
This service is available from Tuesday - Thursday and is fully tracked.  
Express 24 hr ideal for medium sized items from 2kg upwards.
Any orders placed after 11.30 am might just miss our courier collection that day so these will be placed on the same service the following day.

Please note that 99% of the time UPS Express 24hr are next day services, but due to conditions out of our control this is not guaranteed services.
On dispatching your goods we will notify you by e-mail and any details with regards track numbers for your order, these may come direct from the courier themselves.

All parcels that we send out will need to be signed for on delivery.  Before signing for your items please inspect the packaging and the goods inside for any damage,loss or tampering.  Do not sign for damaged or missing goods without reporting it to the courier who should ask you to fill out a damage form.  If there is a problem please contact us with your order/invoice number as soon as possible.  Any items that have been signed for as being received in good condition cannot be replaced or refunded by claims of damage or missing items.

Missed delivery
If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful due to the intended recipient not being at the stated shipping address, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address.  This card will display a phone number and consignment number so you can arrange another delivery time and date to suit you, or as to where you can collect your parcel from. You must contact the local depot using the number supplied and quote the consignment number shown on the card.

Reserve and collect later in store.  

Guide to prices for standard delivery:
Xsmall parcel: reels, line hooks etc as many small items as we can get in an X small box to 2kg in weight £3.90 (3day)
Small: few bags of groundbait plus as many small items as we can get in a small box to 5kg in weight £7.00 (2day)
Medium:  Sized items like some landing nets / keepnets plus any other small items to 10kg in weight £8.50 (2day)
Large: Bigger landing nets, Keepnets some handles good mix of items that'll fit in a large box to 15kg £9.50 (2day)

Xlarge: Rods, Poles and other long or large items plus up to 20kg in weight £12.99


All Prices above prices are a guide only and are based on UK main land.
Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Ireland, France, Germany are Approx £18 for up to 25kg.

Perishable's
Please note that we can only send baits (Perishables) if you accept full responsibility for the condition of the bait when it is delivered to you. 
All baits are classed as perishable goods so they are not covered by our returns policy unless they are sent in error.

We want you to be delighted with your purchases.
Soar Tackle full complies with the Distance Selling Regulations, which give's consumers buying on-line the right to return unwanted items with in 14 days of purchase.  
If you're not happy with anything you've bought simply let us know in writing (email is fine) within 14 day's of receiving the item. Please also fill in the returns form that you will find attached to your receipt then send the item/s back to us unused for a full refund on the item/s. Full terms apply. 
It is your responsibility to see that any goods are returned unused and as new. it is also your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods that have been correctly supplied and are not faulty. You must send your items via an insured and signed-for service. Soar Tackle will not take responsibility for items returned by courier or by post. 
Faulty items All products are backed by their respective manufactures warranties.
