Lets Start Pole Fishing Set

We have put this set together with our friends at Middy tackle to help beginners to easily get in to wonderful world of coarse fishing.

Consisting of a 4mt elasticated whip, A fishery safe land net and handle. Two pole rigs,a plummet plus a maggot tub and discorger. And to round things off we've added our own pocket guide to where and how to start fishing.

This set is based around quality items that are suitable for many day ticket ponds, lakes, canals and rivers.

An elasticated whip / pole is by far the best way to start fishing as well as being accepted by more fisheries. You'll have no worries about learning how to make floats up or tying hooks. There's no reels or casting so frustrating tangles are few and far between, if a tangle does happen just pop another float rig on 'it's that simple'.

Ideal for little hands or even big hands. Check out my video here

Unlike many other beginner sets on the market the float rigs we have included are ready made with 'appropriate lines and barbless hooks', with an easy to read guide included giving information on what the float rig is best suited for. Just clip a float rig on plum the depth pop some bait on and away you go.

The landing net is Angling Foundation approved and compliant with Environment agency Byelaw's. The handle is 2 mt long when extended, coupled with the net they are the prefect size for landing small fish like Roach and medium sized carp, When correctly used the net and handle is more than capable landing some really big fish!

You'll find in the set a discorger for ease of removing hooks, but this you'll rarely need with using barbless hooks.

A plummet for measuring the depth. Find out how to us a plummet in my video.

And a maggot / bait tub
