DH 17 Pole Floats

An around pattern simular to the DH16 pattern the 17 has a slimmer body is a great choice for many types of pole fishing whether on river canal or stillwaterss.

The 1.5mm hollow bristle differing lengths to the size of the float. This pattern is typically shotted with the shot strung out offering a slow falling hook bait or you can shot the float with a bulk and droppers to get your hook bait down quickly. Ideal when fished with baits like casters, maggots, and pinkies. 

Here are some additional tips for fishing the silver fish pattern:

• If fishing a strung shotting pattern always use the lightest float you can get away with. This will help to get the hook bait to fall as natural as possible.
• Bulk shotting, use either a small group of shot togther with a few tappering out to your hook length. Or us and Olivette plus a few droppers.
