1. Stock & Availability
Is the item I see online actually in stock? Yes. Our website syncs directly with our shop floor at 6 Market Place. If the site says we have two in stock, we have two on the shelf. In the rare event of a "glitch," we’ll contact you immediately to find a solution. If an item is out of stock, use our "Back in Stock" form to get an automatic alert the moment it arrives.
2. Delivery & Shipping
Which couriers do you use? We use Royal Mail, Evri, and DX to ensure your tackle arrives safely. You’ll receive tracking updates via email or text, so please double-check your details at checkout.
I need my gear quickly—do you offer Express Delivery? Yes! We offer a 24hr service (Next Day Delivery, excluding Saturdays). If you need a guaranteed Saturday delivery for a weekend session, give us a call and we can arrange that for an extra charge.
Do you ship outside of the UK? Currently, we only ship within the UK.
3. Damages & Faulty Items
What if my item arrives damaged? We carefully check and photograph every item before it’s packed. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll ask for photos of the item and the packaging so we can get a replacement or refund sorted for you immediately.
What about faulty items and warranties? All our products come with the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. Keep your receipt safe! If you think a product has developed a fault, get in touch and we’ll manage the warranty process for you.
4. Payments & Security
Is my payment secure? 100%. We use industry-leading encryption and world-class payment gateways including ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We never store your card details on our servers. We can also take payments over the phone if you prefer.
5. Expert Advice & Ordering
Can I call for technical advice? Absolutely. We’re anglers too! Whether you’re "picking our brains" about a specific rod or need a recommendation for a certain venue, we’re happy to help.
Can I place an order over the phone? Yes, no problem at all. Give us a ring and we can process your order manually.
Can I collect my items from the shop? Yes! Select Click & Collect at checkout. We are located at 6 Market Place, Kegworth, and there is free parking right outside for quick collections.
6. About Soar Tackle
Are you a "real" shop? We certainly are! We aren't a faceless internet-only operation. We are a fully insured, bricks-and-mortar business with public and product liability insurance. When you buy from us, you’re buying from a long-established, professional tackle shop.
