Collection: Loughborough Soar AS
Formed back in 1865, Loughborough Soar Angling Society controls large part of the River Soar from Kegworth to Mountsorrel. LSAS also controls part of the Grand Union Canal through Loughborough, as well as Zouch Canal cut; with the canals offering year round fishing.
Over the years the society's waters have hosted a number of large matches including Riverfest and this continues to this day.  The society also has what is said to be one of the biggest natural venue summer and winter leagues in the country.  From the famous Sutton Bonington Soar Lane stretch to the winding wilds of the Abbey Fields, Loughborough Soar can offer you just about everything from bumper catch of Roach or specimen Tench, Perch and Carp.
