Delivery & Shipping Information

At Soar Tackle, we take great pride in ensuring your gear arrives in A1 condition and as quickly as possible. We ship across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and international destinations).

Click & Collect (Free)

Short on time? Browse 24/7 and select Pick Up at checkout. We’ll have your order ready to collect from our Kegworth shop within 2 hours (during shop opening hours). It’s the fastest way to get your gear and bait secured for your next trip. Find out more here.

Home Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (from £3.50): Usually takes 2–4 weekdays from the day of dispatch. We use Royal Mail Tracked, Evri, or specialist couriers depending on the size of your order.

  • Express 24hr Service: Available for mainland UK weekday delivery.

    • Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM (1:00 PM for live bait).

    • Service Note: This is a weekday service and does not include Saturday delivery.

    • Important: Our 24hr service is not a guaranteed next-day service and is subject to courier transit times and external factors.

  • Scottish Highlands Exception: Please note that for the Scottish Highlands, "Express 24hr" is typically a 48-hour service due to courier logistics. This includes postcodes beginning with: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, IV, KW, PA21-40, and PH19-41.

  • Free shipping promotions. Items will be sent by our choice of service relivent to the items. E.G Line Evri 3-4 day, Live Baits 24hr Royalmail.

Important Dispatch Times:

  • Monday Closure: We are closed on Mondays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

  • Live Bait Friday Rule: To ensure freshness, we do not ship live bait on Fridays. * Highland Live Bait Policy: Due to the extended 48-hour transit times for the Scottish Highlands, we strongly advise against ordering live bait to these regions. If you choose to proceed, the bait is sent entirely at the customer's risk, and we cannot offer refunds for its condition upon arrival.

Large Items & Shipping Limits

Due to shipping constraints, we no longer ship items over 1.2m via the website. These items (such as certain rods or poles) are available for Click & Collect only.

Real-Time Tracking & Convenience

All our delivery services include full GPS tracking. You can track your parcel to your door, or use the courier’s app to:

  • Divert to a local Post Office or collection point.

  • Reschedule for a specific date.

  • Leave in a safe place or with a neighbor.

Please note: Couriers no longer require a physical signature; they will take a photo of your doorstep as proof of delivery. If you request a "Safe Place" via the courier app, this is done at your own risk.
