We don’t believe in "one size fits all" shipping. Our variable pricing system is based on the weight and size of your gear to ensure you get the best possible rate.

Our Delivery Services

Standard (2-3 Days): Usually delivered via Royal Mail 48 or Evri. Fully GPS tracked.
Express 24hr: Next-day service (from day of dispatch).
- Cut-off: 2:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday.
- Live Bait Cut-off: 1:00 PM Thursday.
Highlands: Please note that "Next Day" or "24-hour" services are typically a 48 for these regions due to courier logistics. This includes, but is not limited to, postcodes starting with: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, HS, IV, KW, PA20-80, PH15-50. * If you are ordering from these areas, please account for this extra transit time when planning your sessions.
Tracking your Gear: All services offer full GPS tracking. You can use the courier's link to divert to a neighbor, a safe place, or a local collection point if you aren't going to be in.

Important Dispatch Info: We ship Tuesday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday. We do not ship on Mondays.

Live Bait & Perishables

All live baits are classified as perishable goods and are packed according to Royal Mail "Live Creature" guidelines.

For Freshness: We ship via a 24hr tracked service to ensure the best condition. Please note that while we use a 24hr service, this is not a guaranteed next-day service and is subject to courier transit times.
Friday Policy: We do not ship live bait on Fridays to avoid items sitting in a sorting office over the weekend.
Responsibility: By purchasing live bait, you accept responsibility for their condition upon delivery. Due to their nature, perishables are strictly excluded from our standard 14-day return policy.
Regional Restrictions: We do not ship live baits to Northern Ireland or any Offshore Islands.
Highlands Risk: Because the Scottish Highlands are subject to a minimum 48-hour transit time, we cannot guarantee the survival of live bait. Orders to these postcodes are placed entirely at the customer's risk. Soar Tackle will not provide refunds, replacements, or credit for bait arriving in poor condition due to these extended transit times.

Returns & Peace of Mind

We want you to be delighted with your gear. To ensure everything is perfect, we carefully inspect and date-photograph every item alongside your receipt before it leaves our shop.

14-Day Returns

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
Process: Please notify us in writing (email is fine) before returning.
Cost: The customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using an insured, signed-for service.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can process a claim.

Check the Box: If the packaging is clearly damaged, please sign for it as "Damaged" with the courier.
Take Photos: Please send us photos of the damaged item, the outer packaging, and the address label. This helps us resolve the issue quickly for you.

Faulty Items

All products are backed by their respective manufacturer’s warranties (usually 12 months). If you suspect a fault, please get in touch with photos of the issue, and we will manage the warranty process for you.
