My Tips:  "I use these punches almost year round on the canal, even more so in the winter. To get the best out of them, I recommend using medium-sliced white bread, I don't bother with all the faffing about. Just cut the crusts off then roll it flat, place in an air tight box and take out a bit at a time to use with your punches.
