Marcel Van Den Eynde G5 Groundbait

Designed by Alan Scotthorne G5 (5 Gold medals) is a firm favourite of many an angler. A versatile mix that can be tweeked to suit many different waters. The simple addition of Turbo or black leam will add extra weight for medium flowing rivers.

I’ve found the combination of G5 and Superblack great on rivers like my home water the river Soar. Especially during the summer months when there’s very little flow.

Being both fine mixes it breaks up nicely to create a nice feed area to fish over.

The Superblack seems to add just a touch more activity to the mix as well as that lovely Aniseed aroma that Roach and Skimmers love.

Simple mix 50/50

If I think there’s a chance of more skimmers than roach I’ll use Supercup instead as this is far sweeter than Superblack.
