The Hayabusa H.YMM - 220 is a fine wire nickel hook with a spade end and whisker barb. Not to dissimilar to a 194 but with a wider gape. 

The 220 pattern with it's wide gape fine wire and slight crystal bend. Is slowly becoming a bit of a favourite for Skimmer fishing on the feeder.
